Record each delivery as it arrives. Lines show what is still to come, and a PO is only Received when every line is complete.
Late means late
Each PO has an expected date, from the PO itself or the supplier lead time. Anything not fully received after that date is Late.
Suppliers measured
On-time rate compares each completed PO's last delivery with its expected date, so supplier conversations start from facts.

List suppliers
Add suppliers with their usual lead time in days. The lead time sets the expected date when a PO has none.
Raise POs
Add the PO on Orders, then its items on Order Lines with quantity and unit cost.
Receive goods
Record each delivery on Receipts. Status, open value and supplier performance update automatically.

Short answers about how the workbook behaves.
Can a delivery cover only part of a PO?
Yes. Add a receipt row for what arrived. The line shows the open quantity until the rest is received.
What if a supplier sends too much?
The line is marked Over-received and appears on Checks. Value counts only the quantity ordered.
Does it create the PO document?
It tracks orders. Send POs from your usual system or use the Invoice Template layout as a starting point.
Does it link to inventory?
Not automatically. Inventory Movement & Reorder Planner (Pro) tracks stock levels and reorder points.
How do I keep my changes?
Use Download XLSX or PDF in the editor before closing the tab. Nothing is saved to a server automatically, and your workbook never leaves your device while you edit.
Will it work in Excel and Google Sheets?
The files use standard XLSX formulas without macros, pivot tables or external links. They are checked with the ExcelCraft engine; compatibility with every Excel or Google Sheets version is not guaranteed. Review formulas, charts and formatting in your app before relying on important figures.
Can I change the currency?
Amounts use a $ number format. Change the cell format to your currency; the formulas do not convert between currencies.
